WebJan 30, 2024 · The camshaft seal appears to be leaking. If it is not the camshaft seal, it has to be the valve cover gasket. It is not the turbocharger oil lines. They were closely inspected too and are not leaking. The valve cover bolts are tight. All checked. The timing belt kit had the new teflon seal for the camshaft.

The "right" way to do the job is remove the valve cover, timing belt, then cam cap. The cam cap has a bunch of allen (hex) and Torx Plus 40 bolts that need removal. Once this is done the plug can be removed.
