WebUnder the request of the manufacturer of a mail order bike I received, I had Higher Ground complete the build of a bike. This required mounting the front wheel, seat post, and stem, it takes me 30 minutes to do. I was charged $80 and they didn't tune anything. I would have expected the wheels to be trued and brakes/dérailleurs adjusted for $80.
