WebJul 3, 2024 · The problem is not actually with the screen because after factory reset the phone works just fine for 2 months and after the latest update started to go crazy again. This is clearly a software issue which apple ignores completely. I am not willing to do the factory resent every months on a 18 months old phone. I paid 1500 USD for the device. The touch screen is sometimes unresponsive and other times acts as if it's being touched even if it's sitting flat on a table. I don't have a case or screen protector on it.
