WebToxoplasmosis is a chronic parasitic invasion caused by intracellular protozoa (toxoplasmas) and accompanied by the development of lymphadenitis, hepatitis, meningoencephalitis, pneumonia, myocarditis, myositis, etc. WebToxoplasmosis Symptoms & Signs. People infected with toxoplasmosis may not develop any symptoms. Others may develop symptoms and signs that include flu-like symptoms such as fatigue, fever, chills, headache, and muscle aches. Associated symptoms can include the enlargement or swelling of lymph nodes.
